If my memory serves me correctly, Muhammad al-Shareef mentioned this in his lecture (In the Middle of the Night). I think he said that the saying that it is disliked to sleep after 'asr is wrongly attributed to the Prophet, rather it is a saying of one of the Salaf. This is what i found in Ibn al-Qayyim's book (at-Tibb an-Nabawi) and it is for this reason i included it in this post. wa'Allaahu a'lam Wa alaykum as-salaam
